Refund policy
Each ANYHOO item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color selection, or buyer’s remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item when reaching out.
If a replacement is approved, we’ll send one at no additional cost. If a replacement isn’t available, a refund may be issued to your original payment method.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we’ll assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
